I saw many recipes out there for fruit filled sweet buns, and sweet rolls. But I’m very quite satisfied with recipes that other people designed. So I designed my own. I use organic strawberries, fine granulated sugar, a bit of lemon a little bit of cornstarch & flavorless gelatin to thicken it up and then after it’s cooled, spread on top of the rolled out dough.
